/ˈrəʊdi/ informal noun A short road trip generally done on country roads and in less populated areas.
Mark is a wedding photographer based out of Glasgow (site). He is also the founder of Wooden Banana. Cole is a wedding photographer based in Gävle, Sweden. He is the co-founder of Nordica, Way Up North, and Kolla.
This is an adventurous approach to building a photography portfolio.
Two couples will be photographed in wedding attire. On each day, there’s a morning session and an afternoon session with each couple so a total of four separate sessions.
During the photography sessions, you will be broken into smaller groups to ensure everyone has time to photograph the couples. Roadie is not an elbow swinging battle to get the shot! Cool, calm, chill is the vibe we’re after, hence small groups.
In between sessions around lunchtime, each host will conduct a workshop focusing on business and marketing.
€975 + VAT. The workshop size is 10 people maximum, plus the couples we photograph.
May 7th – 8th. You need to be in Reykjavik city centre on May 6th by 17:00 as we travel together from there to a secluded part of Iceland. The workshop is on the 7th and 8th, concluding in the evening on the 8th. No plans are set for the 9th.
Around Snæfellsnes and Reykjavik is the easiest answer.
Accommodations are not included, but we will be staying at the same place on May 6th and 7th. We explain how this all works with the workshop guests once they sign on.
From 17:00 on May 6th through to the workshop conclusion on May 8th, all transportation is included. On the 6th when landing in Keflavik, we will offer rides to people from there if our flights land around the same time.
Last October, Mark and Cole took two separate groups of adventurous souls on a wild excursion around Iceland and they’re eager to return with you in March. Here is some feedback from a few of those who took the workshop in October.

Hi, this looks fabulous! Will you be doing another workshop here in 2020?
We have plenty of workshops to roll out through Way Up North throughout the year (stay tuned)!. As for the Iceland ones, nothing confirmed yet as we’re focused on one at a time for the moment!
I’m heartbroken that I have prior travel commitments & won’t be able to come. If you do Iceland again I will be there!! 100%!!
Would love to go on one of your workshops
I have never considered a workshop, but I’m now getting very tempted, fantastic location.
