      For each image entered, the fee is €6 + VAT. Feel free to submit as many entries as you wish.

    • What defines "epic" for this contest?

      Epic can stem from nature’s majesty, architectural grandeur, or human elements. It’s about celebrating the extraordinary beauty of our world as a backdrop for love.

    • Eligibility

      Photos must be from the actual wedding ceremony day in 2025. Both elopements and traditional weddings qualify, as long as there’s a ceremony and the photo was taken on the day of that ceremony.

    • International Perspectives

      We eagerly welcome entries showcasing epic locations from around the globe.

    • Submission Deadline

      Make sure to submit your entries by January 10th, 2026.

    • Judging Process

      The panel of judges from Imagen rank every photo entered on a scale. Entries are then tabulated and the highest ranking photos are the winners.

    • Winners Announcement

      Ten winning entries will be announced live at Way Up North in Vienna on May 5+6, 2026.

    • What are the technical requirements for my images?

      Images must be JPG format, 1500 pixels on the longest side, 72 dpi resolution, and watermark-free.
