      The price per image entered is €6 + VAT, and you can submit an unlimited number of images.

    • Group Definition

      Must include the wedding couple plus additional people – whether it’s the wedding party, family members, or the entire guest list.

    • Couple Requirement

      Yes, the marrying couple must be present in the photo.

    • Timing

      Must be from the 2025 wedding day, which we define as the day of the wedding ceremony when the couple were married.

    • International Eligibility

      The contest is open to international participants.

    • Submission Deadline

      Make sure to submit your entries by January 10th, 2026.

    • Judging Process

      The panel of judges from Imagen rank every photo entered on a scale. Entries are then tabulated and the highest ranking photos are the winners.

    • Winners Announcement

      Ten winning entries will be announced live at Way Up North in Vienna on May 5+6, 2026.

    • What are the technical requirements for my images?

      Images must be JPG format, 1500 pixels on the longest side, 72 dpi resolution, and watermark-free.
