    • Entry Fee

      Entries are €6 + VAT per image, with no restrictions on the number of submissions.

    • Portrait Eligibility

      Must be from a 2025 wedding day, featuring one of the two people getting married.

    • Style

      Both documentary and posed approaches are welcome – creativity is encouraged!

    • Subject

      Must feature just one of the marrying individuals – no other people in frame.

    • Timing

      The photo must have been taken on the day of the wedding, which we constitute as the ceremony day.

    • International Eligibility

      The contest is open to international participants.

    • Submission Deadline

      Make sure to submit your entries by January 10th, 2026.

    • Judging Process

      The panel of judges from Imagen rank every photo entered on a scale. Entries are then tabulated and the highest ranking photos are the winners.

    • Winners Announcement

      Ten winning entries will be announced live at Way Up North in Vienna on May 5+6, 2026.

    • What are the technical requirements for my images?

      Images must be JPG format, 1500 pixels on the longest side, 72 dpi resolution, and watermark-free.
