The Way Up North Awards prides itself on a judging process that’s both rigorous and unbiased. Our esteemed panel of judges dedicate themselves to carefully reviewing each submission, guided by a set of established criteria.
To maintain fairness, all entries are anonymized—renamed to labels like “ENTRY 123.” This ensures judges review the work without knowing the creators, keeping the focus purely on the quality of the submission.
Once all submissions have been evaluated, we tally and average the judges’ scores to identify the winners. It’s this detailed and impartial methodology that celebrates the most outstanding work at Way Up North in Florence.
