I seek things that make us most human: Trust, awkwardness, social dynamics and very unplanned moments. Alongside photography, I've studied communication and interaction. How photographers connect as real people, value empathy, understand, and choose active listening over automated processes. Looking back, that subject may have shaped the way I work today.
Also, I’m a bit obsessed with old family photo albums, which probably explains why I have a hard time trusting perfection.
