Brussels Meet-Up & Storytelling Evening

This one is free, thanks to Pic-Time

April 21st in Brussels. A community gathering and Storytelling Evening at The Standard. No ticket. No catch. Just show up.

The Evening

Three hours, one room, and a bar tab from Pic-Time upstairs. That’s the format. The Standard in Brussels is hosting us. Simple on purpose.

Doors open at 18:00 at the Lobby Bar. Grab a drink, find a face you recognise or introduce yourself to one you don’t. Drinks downstairs are on you.

At 18:45 we move upstairs to Room 1 on the 4th floor for the Storytelling Evening. One photographer, one image on screen, one story. How they got there, what was happening around them, why it stuck with them. The room listens. Then the next person goes up.

Next door is the Lounge Bar, where Pic-Time has kindly put a tab behind the bar for the evening.

The evening wraps at 22:00. After that, the Lobby Bar downstairs or anywhere else Brussels has to offer.

Who Is This For

Anyone who works in weddings. Photographer, filmmaker, planner, florist, second shooter, whoever. Experience level is irrelevant. Whether you’ve been shooting for fifteen years or booked your first wedding last month, you belong here.

But here’s the thing that makes these evenings work: you need to tell people about it. Not just the friends who already follow us. The colleague down the road. The filmmaker you met at a wedding last summer. The planner who doesn’t follow any photography accounts. Those are exactly the people who should be in this room.
