The toy soldier museum of València, in the Gothic Palau de Malferit in the Carmen district. It sits a few doors down Carrer dels Cavallers from Teatre Talia.

A live music club in Extramurs, open since 2001. The room holds about 300 people and puts on more than 200 concerts a year, from touring bands to local names, with the bar open late.

A 19th-century palace in the old town, between the Generalitat and Plaça de la Mare de Déu, now the MYR Palacio Vallier hotel. Restoring it uncovered the remains of a third-century Roman perfumery, which still gives the house restaurant its name.

Hotel Puerta Serranos is a modern, upscale boutique hotel built directly into a piece of Valencia's history. Housed in a completely restored building that preserves ancient medieval foundations and historic tanneries, the venue seamlessly blends contemporary Mediterranean design with authentic stone architecture. It functions primarily as a chic, design-forward lodging space, but its standout public feature is the "Luna de Valencia" rooftop terrace. This open-air cocktail lounge sits directly level with the top of the 14th-century Serranos Towers, offering panoramic views of the city skyline and the Turia parkland.
