VSCO One and What It Means for Wedding Photographers

VSCO have been on board with WUN as a sponsor since Vienna. They’re back for Valencia this October. In the meantime, they’ve been building the thing this whole post is about. It launched last month.

A lot of the wedding photographers we know are paying for four or five separate tools to do a job that used to be one job. Edit here. Deliver there. Book somewhere else. Publish the portfolio somewhere else again. VSCO thinks that stack should be one thing.

They call it VSCO One. The connected system built for everything photographers do. Creative tools and business workflows. In the same place. For the first time.

Desktop editor coming Q4 2026. Here’s what it is, and why wedding photographers should pay attention.

One system, not five

Most wedding photographers reading this are running some version of the same stack. A tool for editing. A tool for gallery delivery. A tool for client management. A tool for the portfolio site. Plus a preset pack for the look. Four or five subscriptions. Four or five logins. None of them talking to each other.

VSCO One is VSCO’s answer. Editing, client galleries, studio management, portfolio site, moodboarding, AI editing, and business education. One home for your photography business, one login, $500 a year.

They call it a connected system. What that means in practice: a final edit in Studio Pro delivers straight to a client gallery. A form fill on your Site becomes a lead in Workspace. Contract, invoice, gallery, and file drop all live in the same place. Fewer steps, less switching, more time behind the camera.

What’s inside

Studio Pro, the editor

VSCO Studio Pro

VSCO Studio Pro is the iOS app for professional batch editing. Apply your look to a hundred photos at once. Style Match learns your aesthetic from a reference image and applies it at scale. Galleries integration means you deliver straight from the editor, no export, no re-upload.

Desktop coming Q4 2026. That’s the piece a lot of us have been waiting for. Already on the roadmap.

Galleries, the delivery

VSCO Galleries handles client delivery, now on both desktop and mobile. Unlimited storage with VSCO One. Photos and video, from you or your second shooter or the guests themselves. Collaborative galleries let you fold guest uploads and BTS into the same delivery, which is a way to boost the price of your package.

Workspace, the business side

VSCO Workspace

VSCO Workspace is the client management system. Scheduling, contracts, quotes, invoices, questionnaires, automations, payments through Stripe or Square. A built-in assistant sets you up without menu-diving. Text messaging is native in the US and Canada.

Sites, the portfolio

VSCO Sites

VSCO Sites is the portfolio site builder, free for anyone on VSCO. With VSCO One you unlock the custom domain and a contact form that flows straight into Workspace. Site visit to signed contract, one system.

Also inside VSCO One: Capture (camera app with 50+ live presets, RAW and ProRAW), AI Lab (AI editing tools), and Canvas (moodboarding and client collaboration).

The Film Presets are back for good

If you’ve been in the game long enough, VSCO Film 01, 05, and 07 for Lightroom will mean something to you. Those packs shaped a decade of wedding aesthetic before they got pulled from the market. They’re back, exclusively inside VSCO One, for Adobe Lightroom and Capture One, with updated and expanded camera profiles. VSCO’s color science in the tools you already use.

Business education from The Freelance Photographer

The last piece is a business education library, built by the team behind The Freelance Photographer. Video curriculum on the four Ps most of us wing: positioning, portfolio, pitching, and pricing. Included in the membership.

The full workflow, end to end

If you want to see what a real day inside VSCO One looks like, from shooting through delivery, this walkthrough covers it.

Pure photography. Serious business.

VSCO One is $499.99 a year at vsco.co, annual only, not in the App Store. Nearly every feature can be tested for free before you buy, apart from the Film presets. Thirty-day money-back window if you want to try the workflow first. Have a look at the system here.
