Working alone shouldn’t mean being alone. That’s why on February 4th, photographers across Europe will gather for dinner in various cities – from Lisbon to Stockholm, Berlin to Prague. No agenda, no networking goals, just good conversation over great food. Because sometimes the simplest social moments create the best connections.
HOW IT WORKS
Our local host in each city makes a dinner reservation for 6 people. If you’re joining, you won’t know who the host is, where you’ll be eating (don’t worry – it’ll be reasonably priced), or who the other guests are. On January 15th, we’ll email you with a meeting point in the city near the restaurant. You’ll meet your group of 6 and head to dinner together.
THE €10 BOOKING FEE
This ensures everyone who books shows up. The full amount goes to your host, who’ll decide how to use it for your dinner. At the meal, your group can decide how to handle the bill – split it evenly, pay individually, whatever works for everyone.
THE TWIST
When all the dinners are done, Wooden Banana will reimburse one city’s entire meal. More details on that coming soon!

About the €10
€10 per person ensures commitment and goes directly to your host – they’re the ones finding the restaurant, making the reservation, and bringing everyone together. What happens to the total €50? That’s entirely up to your host – they might use it as a dinner prize, put it towards the final bill, or keep it as thanks for organizing.
The Wooden Banana Surprise
One lucky city will have their entire dinner bill reimbursed by Wooden Banana! We’ll announce the winning group within a week after the dinners.
