2025 Europe's Best Young Wedding Photographer Finalists

Europe’s Best Young Wedding Photographer has been part of the WUN Awards since 2017. The process starts with nominations. Anyone can nominate, and the goal is to recognise photographers whose year gone by warrants it. Nominees are invited to participate, and those who accept submit their work for blind judging. All entrants must be 25 or younger by the end of 2025, confirmed before judging begins.

What the judges are looking for is straightforward: the full scope of a young photographer’s work. Not one lucky frame from one lucky day, but a body of work that shows where they are and where they’re headed.

The history of this category tells its own story. Danilo & Sharon won the first edition in 2017, then went on to win Europe’s Best Wedding Photographer. Anna Ascari did the same. Look at the list of previous winners and you’ll find photographers who are now leading the industry across Europe. Every name on that list was 25 or younger when they won. Most of them didn’t stay under the radar for long.
