Event Summary

Our inaugural event was a wild ride, with the intro music pounding and the distinct drumbeat introducing our first presenter, Fer Juaristi. The packed theatre of 550 at Bio Skandia was electric, leaving us with a sense of nostalgia and pride thinking about this unforgettable first event for Way Up North.

Event Theme

STARTUP

The theme for the show in Stockholm 2015 was “STARTUP”, a celebration of new beginnings. Presenters shared their own stories of starting anew, whether it was a business, a project, or a new chapter in life, inspiring attendees to take the leap and start their own journey.

    Stockholm 2025

    October 28 + 29
Two events a year (aside from “those” years) for 10 years is quite a journey, and no journey is without lessons. Lessons are the point of any journey, a smart cowboy probably said. With many presenters heard, many cities visited, and many conversations with you, the guests of Way Up North, there’s one lesson we’ve learned along the way; we all have one big thing. One superpower that each of you can have within you, and nobody else has it. We all have a superpower, our one big thing, as do those who are on the stage. The challenge for those in Stockholm at our 10 year anniversary is to present for 45 minutes about their one big thing. If you asked them, “what do you HAVE to say”, this would be it. Their superpower.
