Our third Way Up North event in Rome took place at Cinema Troisi, where the sun shone bright throughout the show. Every break outside was electric, fostering a sense of community. As we host our events in Rome, we strive to infuse our guests with the city’s iconic “Dolce Vita” spirit, and this show was no exception, filling the air with positivity and joy.

LA DOLCE VITA

The theme for the show in Rome 2022 was “LA DOLCE VITA”, a celebration of the sweet life and the beauty of slowing down. Presenters shared their own stories of finding joy and fulfilment in the everyday moments, inspiring attendees to cultivate a sense of gratitude and appreciation for the simple things in life.

We’ve forgotten the magic of spontaneity, trading bold moves for safe choices and intuition for endless analysis. Creativity doesn’t thrive in spreadsheets. It lives in the space between “this is crazy” and “let’s try it anyway.” Our presenters will explore their own “why not” moments, the decisions that seemed reckless but changed everything. The projects they had no business starting but couldn’t resist pursuing. The best things in life don’t come from being busy or careful. They come from that beautiful moment when you stop asking “what if I fail?” and start asking “why not try?”
