A guided photo walk through El Carmen at golden hour, led by Orly Morgenstern. Forty of us, two hours, and two people who end up in front of the lens instead of behind it.

València’s streets are far too good to spend the evening in a room. So when Day 1 wraps on the Tuesday, we are going for a walk.

Imagen are putting it on and Orly Morgenstern is leading it. We gather at the Imagen stand in the sponsor area at Museo L’Iber, head out together, and spend two hours in El Carmen while the light does the work. It finishes at a bar nearby, because of course it does.

Bring a camera. Bring your phone. Bring neither and come for the walk and the drink. Nobody is checking.

Two people on the walk get a styled mini feature along the route. Everybody else shoots it.

You can put your name in on your own or as a couple. Take your place on the walk first, and the moment it is confirmed we ask you three quick questions. That is the draw. We pick two and email both of you before València, so you have time to think about what you are wearing.

Wear whatever makes you feel great. Bold colour, urban, vintage, full high fashion. El Carmen’s walls are loud and you are not going to out-shout them, so you may as well join in.
