After concluding our first show in October 2015, we had a surprise in store: we would be taking Way Up North to Europe. Rome was our first destination outside of Stockholm, and it felt right to surprise the audience with this exciting announcement. The show took place at Teatro Ambra Jovinelli, marking our successful debut outside of Sweden.

Event Theme

UNLEASHED

The theme for the show in Rome 2016 was “UNLEASHED”, a call to unleash creativity and passion. Presenters shared their own stories of taking risks and pursuing their passions, inspiring attendees to let go of their fears and unleash their own inner spark.

    Two events a year (aside from “those” years) for 10 years is quite a journey, and no journey is without lessons. Lessons are the point of any journey, a smart cowboy probably said. With many presenters heard, many cities visited, and many conversations with you, the guests of Way Up North, there’s one lesson we’ve learned along the way; we all have one big thing. One superpower that each of you can have within you, and nobody else has it. We all have a superpower, our one big thing, as do those who are on the stage. The challenge for those in Stockholm at our 10 year anniversary is to present for 45 minutes about their BIG PICTURE. If you asked them, “what do you HAVE to say”, this would be it. Their superpower.
