Event Summary

We returned to our beloved Bio Skandia for the third edition of Way Up North, where we introduced our now-iconic WUNX presentations, challenging presenters to deliver short, 10-minute talks. This show held a special significance, as we knew it would be our last at Bio Skandia for a while, making it an emotional and memorable experience for everyone involved. The sense of urgency and determination was palpable, with everyone striving to make it a show to remember.

Event Theme

IDEAS TO ACTION

The theme for the show in Stockholm 2017 was “IDEAS TO ACTION”, a call to turn creative sparks into tangible results. Presenters shared their own stories of transforming ideas into reality, inspiring attendees to take the leap and turn their own ideas into action.

    Two events a year (aside from “those” years) for 10 years is quite a journey, and no journey is without lessons. Lessons are the point of any journey, a smart cowboy probably said. With many presenters heard, many cities visited, and many conversations with you, the guests of Way Up North, there’s one lesson we’ve learned along the way; we all have one big thing. One superpower that each of you can have within you, and nobody else has it. We all have a superpower, our one big thing, as do those who are on the stage. The challenge for those in Stockholm at our 10 year anniversary is to present for 45 minutes about their one big thing. If you asked them, “what do you HAVE to say”, this would be it. Their superpower.
